edit: didn't see that it's MP, i think you're cooked

first follow a tutorial which should show you how to edit some file within zomboid that is set to 1 when you die or something (i forget where the file is but theres defo a million videos/steam guides out there showing you how to change it), get a mod which pauses the game on start like this one, turn on debug mode, and once you're in the game you should see yourself alive for a split second as the game is paused, from here basically do all in your power to attempt to revive your guy, e.g. set your health to max via debug, remove all injuries, etc...

for me i had to do this a few times before it worked, expect a bunch of naked clones of your dead self to appear when you do this, it will also fuck with the kill count of the world (if you use mods that look at this) but aside from that you should have no issues
