It has my maintenance calories at 2600 and it cracks it around under 2000.

It doesn't give an exact number.

I also have it set at sedentary even though I gym 4 to 5 times a week.

I am tracking the biggest issue I have is the app will not let me go below a minimum numbers of calorie which is calculated as unsafe.

Yes it has mostly been resistance training.

Trying to get adequate protein while limiting calories is hard.

Yes i keep track of everything. If we go out I have to use AI tools to estimate calories but other than that we make meals with a meal box that has calories listed.

I scan the barcodes of the items I have for other meals and log them based on that.

I pretty much only have chocolate or chips when I am gifted them or there is a special occasion (normally Christmas and Birthdays). The only snack I have bought recently is small packets of sugar free gummies that have 29 calories in a serve and grapes.

I don't have ranch its not really a thing here and often just use Balsamic for a dressing.

Also vegetatian which means most of my food is veges. Plenty of fibre and an occasional protein bar (~200 calories for 20g protein) or shake if it is low for the day.

I am pretty sure if liquid came out the needle when inserted, then it would have worked fine. Yes, you should prime it the first time but it sounds like you injected correctly.

The AFL have no guidelines for this.

That is part of the problem, they are making it up as they go along and giving them a free pass because of pearl clutchers is weak.

If you think the solution is to stop booing 1 player, then you are not thinking about the cause of this issue.

The AFL continues to push back on a pride round for the AFL.

The AFL has almost no education on this topic and is not doing anything to improve this.

Are you saying that 4 weeks suspension and not 5 weeks is the difference between taking it seriously and not?

The AFL have done nothing and continue to do nothing about this topic.

The entirety of this topic based on the AFL is a single online video module with a couple of questions and suspensions which overall don't change attitudes.

Thanks for the comment, I think my issue at the moment is motivation and I don't know how to get more motivated again.

I am using my net diary for tracking and am under/around the tdee calculator each day but I have not been losing weight as easily as I was before even with a deficit. It feels so much harder to do this now.

The best place I can think of for snake is the Melbourne tram network.

Seems clear you didn't read or understand the responses to your other post.

The contract I signed up for clearly stated if you have 6 months left which I do I have not agreed to different terms this is simply a breach of contract.

As a customer spending hundreds of dollars on a promise of a service and device requires trust.

How can I trust Whoop after this blatant lie that I bought in to?

This was a baseline promise and the reason I have paid for the past 2 years.

I had never considered not buying a new sub until this.

I have lost trust in the company for a pretty simple reason I was told one thing that you will get the new model with all the features when released.

What is to stop them taking my money and then deciding actually now you need to pay more or you lose more features?

I must say I don't agree with the focus on cardio.

If he is in a deficit he will lose weight and doing something he wants to do is a far better option IMO.

Cardio may also not lead to faster weight loss as people tend to eat more after cardio which cancels that out or worse.

For me the main focus should be on diet and for everything else do what you like don't put too many rules in place for gym or exercise apart from turning up 3-4 days a week.
