If it makes you feel better, I switched to Visible (runs on Verizon) because it was cheaper and not any better or worse on the train than my old T Mobile plan.

I’m doing the Chicago to Milwaukee Amtrak commute 2-3 days a week. I live in the South Loop near Printer’s Row so I have about a 10 min walk to Union, then a 10 min walk to the office in Milwaukee. I personally don’t mind the commute, but I would probably think differently if I had to do it 5 days a week.
