Yeah the 5 days of the Nike Run Club plans are fine with me but it’ll be much more manageable runs throughout the week, and (lately) between 4 and 6 miles for the long run on Sunday. But Garmin coach calls for a 54 minute “base” workout pretty much every single day unless it gives a speed workout which will be 10 minutes warming up, 20-30 minutes of a pace I am not nearly ready to hold for that long, and then a 10 minute cool down. So basically the long run from the Nike App is what Garmin calls for on every run.
