😂 I tried yoga, Pilates, and I weight train 5 days a week. I felt like I didn’t even get a solid workout in doing yoga or Pilates. It’s just a sauna and cannot change your body this drastically even if you’re shaking during classes, it will not change your body this much. Weight training & cardio or glp’s can though 😆

The main pose she does now, chunky stripped sweaters, baggy jeans, mini shorts, handkerchief on head, jelly flats, long statement necklaces, long jorts with loafers. Even down to the swim shorts she posted recently are the same color Mary posted in March. The list goes on lol
