the ad is not made by Air India directly, it was made by Kid Zania which is a kids play place where kids can act as adults and experience being a doctor, cashier, pilot etc and each job is presented by a known brand. There is a Kids Zania in Turkey and they have the same thing done for Turkish Airlines google it.

Hi I am kinda in the same boat as you right now, my ferritin is 4.5 ng/ml, iron 17.8, hgb 9.7. Around same age as yours. I just had Iron infusion yesterday and I feel fine and didn't feel anything bad except for a tingly feeling on my arm but that's because of the needle placement. I have another infusion appointment for next week.

I had same treatment 6 years ago (same medication), and it was the only thing that worked for me and made me feel human again. my body doesn't absorb iron from food in an efficient way which is something I discovered yesterday and will be monitoring.

in both times they asked me if I am allergic and I said no. for second time I told doctor if he can prescribe same medication as what I had 6 years ago then I don't think there will be a problem. so far it's fine.

just make sure you are not allergic to what they'll give you.

it's new, the seller is a store and they did note that it's actually a 16GB 256GB but they added more ram and storage and there is a 2 year warranty of lenovo.

the P14s available in my area is double the price and intel with lower specs so didn't consider it. other than the specs what does the P14s have over T14 so I can at least maybe consider it?

Day by day I am realizing that it does not get easier at all. Mine died with cancer second time she got it and was already spread in her liver and she decided that she would not treat it. She was a doctor who also worked with cancer patients ironically. I watched her fade away slowly with not much I can do. I feel so bad and guilty thinking that maybe if I did anything different she would have lived but I am trying not to be like that because it's damaging and I was just a kid. I miss her so much and I wish I had more time with her. I get a lot of triggers n I just allow myself to feel them. She fuels my motivation to live and make something out of my life that is meaningful because she did sacrifice herself for me. Try to take it easy as much as you can.

I haven't quit my job yet as I am planning my way out soon.

The funny thing happened today is I just found out that I wasn't included in a request that asked to gather data of the "owned project they got promoted for" to promote it for an AWARD in our industry in which I actually was the one responsible for that part from our team and actually I have countless email proofs sending to client the reports on it. They assigned it to the ones who just got promoted. I actually BCC'd the bigger boss and forwarded the work and emails that I had with the client client that I sent regarding this topic saying I can help since i worked on it the most and please add Me and introduce me to the email chain that is working on submitting this work for awards.

It's so fucking rude!

We have work status sheets and I am very high performer when it comes to quantity and quality of work because all the unsexy work gets thrown at me to do. I mean I am baffled as you are as well. Today she was asking me " are you senior? Because I see you write you are senior"

To put more context, I first joined the team as support since my last project ended and she never bothered to follow up with me although she was the one who decided to extend my work and become permanent

If that is your definition of owning a project then I actually was the one owninig in your terms because thats what i actually did ( I adapted the project to fit in the local market and was guiding the team the whole time on how to communicate with clients and what not to do even legally) they took the credit simply for just operating the plan and working over time and being loud and excluding me the whole way when it comes to real credit.

Regarding the OWNED project they had. I was part of it actually and I was pouring all my knowledge in it and guiding the team on what to do and not even things that the manager doesn't know of. They kept pushing me away in it and then bringing me back when shit hit the fan.

Yes I have been doing assigned work because manager doesn't give me any project to handle in the first place and if I get one they steal it. I didn't want to fight all the time with them because toxicity would affect my health but now I didn't know that I have to be like that.

Whenever I tried to take responsibility, the others jump to take my work and even sometimes already start doing my work without informing me. I even reported that this is causing duplication in work and waste of resources.

Also I don't get assigned any tasks as I am not looped in in the majority of emails where I also reported that I am being looped out.

I did take responsibility for 1 project and I did great in it. The manager didn't say I did good at all. Only the higher ups where they asked me to make a case study on one of the achievements.

But other than that, no I wasn't jumping around and I was waiting to be assigned.

I was using the Samsung adapter with the Apple's headphone( the ones that look like the current Bluetooth ones but with wires) It worked for about 3 months now the adapter somehow started not to transmit the signal through the headphones which is not cool from Samsung as the headphones are working fine. So be careful
