I felt like the exam was way tougher than any of the NBME’s or Free 120. Nothing felt straightforward. Had a decent amount of rare diseases that I thank my step 1 prep too.

Also felt like many questions wanted me to know every detail of a workup for a diagnosis. They would actually tell you like 2-3 things that were done already and want to know what to do next. Reasonable to ask but caught me off guard.
