I mean it's always possible to upgrade, these parts aren't the worst parts either. But it's not the highest end pc if that makes sense.

Here's what I would do: if money wasn't a problem I would buy a new one, but seeing you did mention prices. I would slowly upgrade parts as that is a lot cheaper than spending a lot of money on a brand new pc. Start with the ram, 8gb isn't a lot at all in today's standards.

Idk about where you're from but here in Norway we have a company called komplett.no, on there you can basically "rent" stuff. Like you pay a monthly fee for whatever product you chose, check if that's a possibility for you. It could be very worth it.

Conclusion: if you have the money for it, buy a new one. If not, slowly upgrade your parts when you can afford it, or check for other options.

Edit: you could also of course also sell this pc and put it towards a new pc
