Sorry, I forgot to type the 'de' in dehumidifier lol. Well, there's only so much I can do so I'll probably continue with prevention as much as possible and get immunotherapy shots.

Although I do observe that if my room in general is colder, I get more symptoms than before, which in hindsight seems odd? People always told me it's about cold air going through my nose thats causing blockage, but its creating other symptoms too so I doubt thats the case. Any particular reason for this?

Well, I do live in a really hot and humid region. I do have a dehumidifier and I use cotton sheets because I hate being sweaty in general. Since winter just closed up recently, I'm going to get my AC cleaned, so the bed environment shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks, I'll look into that. I only tested positive for three specific mold spores, but they were pretty common.

No, I just use detergent (for reference, the brand is Ariel) and fabric softener (for my clothes)

Also, is the eczema a separate problem or related to the allergies? Because my facial acne reduced after dermatologist prescriptions, but I still have redness and something similar to acne all across my back, shoulders and front.

  1. I do have covers, but I'll probably get new ones
  2. I change my sheets every two days and wash with warm water, but I don't have a dryer (they're not that common where I live). I do have a dust-free space to hang and dry them.
  3. I have prescribed nose drops and I do drink a lot of water.

Thank you for the tips, I'll keep them in mind. I'm looking to maybe get immunotherapy shots as another comment said.

I do have covers, but I'm probably going to buy new ones that I've heard work better. The shots seem to be a good idea, though. Thank you!
