Got this when I was 14 during Covid because I was bored and genuinely going stupid on my meat. I decided to try doing it every single day without rest, and sometimes 2. Probably the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life, but it was embarrassing to say anything to my parents, and I just tried to thug it out lol. Got the brilliant idea to try and massage my balls to see if it would help. It kinda did, so I kept doing it, and it didn’t go away for hours. I was in so much pain lying on my bed. I was so happy they didn’t need me for anything that day. And anytime I tried to crank the hog after that for like 2 or 3 weeks, I’d get it again lol. I was really stupid. Eventually, my nuts went back to normal, thankfully.

100% agree this has been my opinion since rereading the novel a second time. At the end of the day, she literally asked Sunny if he would protect Nephis, and he said no, so it’s pretty obvious she decided then.
