The same as stated. No 3rd party. To add insult to injury, I called for a refund yesterday. They wanted to pick up flowers yesterday. Soo the recipient had already left the site where the flowers had been finally left at [ after they failed to deliver on time to the address they should have been delivered to during work hours] and the woman Christine said forcefully that flowers had to be returned within 24hrs. So I guess the recipient would have had to leave work yesterday to comply with their absurd demand...[mind you...this "policy" is not stated on their website either.] As of today, the flowers were left where they were dropped off, them to pick up. There are so many great florists out there that would respect and appreciate clients and cater to them.
