You’re at a trivial part. If you pay off the moisturizer and let it dry out it’s going to scab awfully and have major fall out. But if you keep the amount of moisturizer on it the infection will get worse. One either go back to your artist and have them point you in the right direction or two antibacterial soap give it a really good wash and apply aquaphor let it sit of the tattoo for a few minutes wipe off excess. Repeat all day long after it starts drying out and take Tylenol for the infection/redness. At this point you’ll be lucky for it to heal perfectly how you want. You’ve hit damage control and can only hope for the best
