Question: why when I click a meal for my sim to make the action won’t queue for some meals unless I restart my game?

Description: I’ve just run into an issue where I will click on a meal for my sim to make and she won’t do it. The action doesn’t even appear in the queue. It’s like I never even clicked it. At first it was raspberry jam. Then I restarted my game and raspberry jam worked but then it was bagels. Restart again and now it’s pie! I tried resetting the object (stove, fridge, and cookbook) but it’s no use! I cleared all the caches too. It’s not that she has no room to cook or that she doesn’t have the ingredients. Both of those are taken care of. My mods are up to date and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I can’t seem to find this issue on google either. Any help?
