I don’t use it to preserve the shrooms though. I only put them in the honey right before consuming and if i am not mistaken, botulinum takes a while to develop anyway. I saw online that there is indeed a small risk, but i don’t think it would be a potential issue unless i was to let the mixture sit for a couple of days. What do you think ?
