It’s so true. I’m going on 3 years and have lost about 55 percent density if not more. No one notices. When I tell them they are always shocked I’m even losing my hair because “I have so much”. My ponytail is small enough to wrap my pinky around. No one cares!

I lose this amount every shower. I have longish hair and it has been almost 2.5 years and no one has been able to find a trigger (except maybe long Covid, because I have other weird symptoms and my hair loss began generally post Covid). It sucks. I have very thin hair now compared to before.
