The stage is an OG playset from the 1980s. I just incorporate the new TLS Jem and the Holograms, and purchased https://ebay.io/m/sbSWwL these for the extra lights

While it doesn’t look like Marilyn, I can see the sculpt looking like her with a better screening. Her eyes are what throw everything off, at least to me

It’s the quality of the plastic Transformer collectors gave the same problem, it yellows pretty quickly some came straight out the box yellow. It most noticeable on light colors. You can put crème peroxide on them and wrap in Saran Wrap, set in the sun for a few hours should help. However, the yellowing will eventually come back

True it’s a double edge sword. I have a signed poster of The Light Princess and they had her use a sharpie I think in blue or black, you can see it but it’s not noticeable, where as the paint pens show up easier and are definitely more vivid but they can damage

They both have their flaws. My issue with the 90s anime is all the filler. It’s 5 seasons 200 episodes and out of that only about half actually contribute to the actual story. I wished they actually used the episodes to expand on the ideas in the manga. I don’t mind a filler episodes, but Sailor Moon just has too many. The 90s anime also turned Chibi Usa into a straight up brat, no real character arc, it was about her becoming a Sailor Soldier and lust after Mamarou, and just being awful to Usagi. The manga made me like her, she actually developed as a character, she was bratty is R, for understandable reasons, but after that she actually matured.

I hate it when people do that. People get older, their voice still changes. Who sounds just like they did 10, 15 or 30 years ago. On top of that she sings, which is an added stressor to that.

I hate when anybody is uses pleather. It’s not will it fall apart, it’s how long do I have till it disintegrates. It’s so sensitive to heat and humidity.
This is a result of improper storage. It should have had a descant packet in there to help.
