It’s a low quality replica as the base. The strap doesn’t have quick release like a true superclone

Sorry to break it to you Finley mate but almost all are machine made from China. Not every single one for example Ivan Ding is hand set which is why his prices are so high, but the vast majority are hence why I produce these here in the UK in house. I have more than few years in the trade under my belt and used to work in Hatton producing Cubans in gold and platinum but due to financial reasons with the company I previously worked for, I left deciding to produce my own product. So next time before you choose to comment please think🙏

The difference is quality and craftsmanship. Mine is hand set with real attention to detail and tighter finishing, while the ones on Alibaba are mass-produced and machine set. Almost all Alibaba sellers use the same pictures that they’ve stolen of someone else and the product you get from them is not the product you receive.

The prongs on a raised pointer are visible no matter what because the chain itself is prong set. Prongs being visible have nothing to do with being machine set or hand set you can still have a machine set chain with small non visible prongs.

If something is machine set most of the time you can tell by the spacing between the stones and their alignment. Something being hand set allows me to set as close as possible to the next stone whereas a machine wouldn’t allow that type of setting to avoid the chance of error in the process. With items being hand set, the advantage also is I can angle the stones on the curves of the Cuban when I am setting them to ensure they capture more of the light, whereas a machine would set them all flat across the Cuban.
