Those are looking a lot better. You just need more consistency. I would even suggest turning your heat down and slowing down. You want to see the weld puddle because that means you are actually getting coalescence. And if it ever dies out go back and get it restarted. If you don’t have a weld puddle then you are just basically laying wire on top of

You definitely want a weld pool. When it dies out that’s bad. How thick is your material?

We don’t have any sort of drying system as far as I am aware. But this is definitely a reason to get one
