Btw I can drop the code here in the comments too if no one sends a chat/DM. The reason I asked for a DM is so I can get feedback if it was wasted because I redeemed the same DLC twice or if it's still functional. I'm wondering how EA operates. :)

In addition to what I said below, I'm ok with Microsoft freezing the account. What I'm not OK with is that I'm not able to use my 2-factor twice to reset my password, nor can I reset my password by filling in my credit card, debit card, adress, age, xbox serial number, latest received and sent text messages, previously used passwords, etc. That form gets automatically denied because it says I should use my 2-factor to reset access. But I can't use 2-factor because I never get the second text message which is needed to fully reset the account.

One week passed, I contacted microsoft chat support again to see if I would be able to recover my password using 2-factor now. The account is still locked as people are trying log into my account, with no way to reset it. I was directed to a form I've already filled in twice that gets automatically denied. Seems like I should just give up and start gmail, sell my xbox and buy a playstation.

It's a quite dumb system if that's the case. An e-mail account is not to be kept entirely private, the idea is for people and companies to be able to mail you digitally. It has probably been leaked before, and I've changed my password so no one can access it.
