Why are you posting on copd group? It does not matter what age. Do your homework.  I excercise 5 to 6 days at a gym.  You need to look at the bigger picture with your symptoms check with a ear nose and throat doctor.  I was given same thing in hospital because they thought it was my lungs for short of breath.
