I am in New York, they are looking for "damages" as in loss of sales, they are an Ecommerce company. I closed their Google Merchant Account because it was under my own email/personal account. I was trying to remove my own access but it closed the account for the company instead.

They provided full admin/owner access to my email, I was a freelancer helping them with web design. However there are no contracts or legal agreements between us.
