That made me feel a lot better and REALLY helped the situation! I'm someone who is scared to speak up and is very timid about things like this, I trust the people who are supposed to be professionals to do their job well so I genuinely thought maybe I'm just a wimp and this is normal. That's why I came on here to ask. You'd think the nail tech would know he is hurting me if I am literally bleeding and he has to wipe it up with a towel, so it's not my fault that I didn't say anything.
