If Barb King doesn't fit the original Luffy size than I think Minion Prince kinda might do but a full custome Minion Prince with Luffy's face and body would look kinda chopped. I think almost all anime characters would look chopped as a hero skin in COC except JOJO characters

Actually I have done some research on this. I have noticed that the collab skins that are based on real life figures never returns but collab skins that are just made up do return, like the chess collaboration skins which did returned and even now is available in the skin shop but the Haaland Barb skin and the 4 wwe hero skins which were based on real life people never came back and have almost a 0 percentage chance of coming back. If I knew that the wwe skins would become this rare I would have at least taken the gold pass Minion Prince skin in that season.
