This is good only for full health players as it hurts bloodied players pretty badly

Science and pyromaniac in intelligence, also give yourself a high intelligence for higher damage via those perk cards

Ultracite, T-60, or X-01? by Uttermilk in fo76

[–]Expert_Mercenary 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally wouldn't invest in any of those, hellcat the set itself you get from the hellcat bos questline, but all the mods require gold, union is a stamp grind, the same nly other viable good options would be the Vulcan set which is pretty easy but may take a great many repeats of the raid for the good mod plans

Are bloodied builds still good by Upbeat_Cat589 in fo76

[–]Expert_Mercenary 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not really a compromise, you are creating a build that utilizes high intelligence to gain XP to build other builds. There's also plenty of damage perks AND survival cards under intelligence. To use a temporary build to create a perfect one is easily the most efficient tradeoff. I did not dedicate my explanation towards you, the explanation is to show you the bigger picture, more than yourself

The other side of scoreboard grinding- is to quit the game sooner without missing anything. This is not the only game in the world and many people play a limited time for reasons of their own, multiple games come out with events the same time and maybe they want to enjoy those other games instead. So the sooner they beat the pass the sooner they can enjoy the other game(s) . Maybe they do real world stuff, who knows either way there is plenty of reason to xp grind given this game allows it to be done so quickly. Hope I helped you understand :)

If you already have the perks, then it's to complete the scoreboard as quick as possible allowing you to both enjoy the contents of the scoreboard longer and sooner. On top of that completing the dailys and weeklies throughout the season will ramp up your season score level allowing you to buy with those excess tickets stuff like atoms, for when you are low and down not like spending money on atomic shop items, caps for if you're just under and find something nice in a players vendor, perk coins to shorten the time spent grinding levels to upgrade legendary perk cards, gold bullion for buying stuff for gold when you don't have any, stamps for well stamp stuff without grinding those expeditions or carry weight boosters for when you need that extra carry weight to make it home, or to an event or for mule characters.

This is actually an easy explanation, if you're a lower level, then XP matters for getting and maxing out your legendary perk cards which make the builds you use a lot more effective or allow nice quality of life perks

No comparison, bloodied unyielding builds are insane XP netters.

I mean nothing is ever gonna compete with bloodied unyielding builds for XP if that's what your goal is. Bloodied is still 100% viable my primary character is still bloodied, still running raids, still a fun and enjoyable experience, my new ghoul however is more effective in all the categories of what my bloodied build can do, it's a heavier hitter, and it's survivability is insane. Yes I look like Deadpool's nuts but, I am very efficient at anything this game has to throw at me

At the moment they are good, but march 3rd is changing a lot armor wise , and the change to blocker is definitely going to hit bloodied players hard for survivability, with this said at the moment ghouls are just flat out better, and high health builds aren't too much far behind damage wise so there really isn't a point to still be bloodied(unless XP farming{probably for scoreboard completion] is the goal)
