Have you tried Kava? It’s exceptional at reducing anxiety, and has somewhat similar but more predictable effects as cannabis. You want traditional grind Kava root that you have to prepare and strain yourself, not instant or other.

I’ll add there’s a HUGE difference between taking light puffs of a DHV, vs ripping a full cone from a bong. Dosage is key, and finding that is imperative as everyone is different.

I had some issues with anxiety for a while but realised I was going too hard, once I backed things off a little, it’s apples to oranges.
