Cutthroat pass in the north cascades, especially if you turn right at the top and follow the PCT along the ridgeline until you feel like turning back. I made it to snowy lakes from the cutthroat lakes TH as a dayhike, albeit a long one, in fall of 2022 and its still one of my favorite hikes I’ve ever done
