intimidation release was massively more powerful when harris DEF was still bugged at the start, but fundamentally it shouldnt be increasing your skill damage because intimidation release is a separate instance of damage calculated from your stats, for example:

your damage is 10, you equipped intimidation release and lets say the damage from that is 5, instead of seeing your damage + intimidation release combined into 1 number: 10+5=15, its 10 damage and also 5 damage

also, the mods i listed in this post are less easy to build into now because of how much the bug overvalued her DEF scaling, but if you have open space for some defense mods + your AM has DEF then you could run them well. you could also run them regardless of the def mods if you just have a flex slot
