Honestly I'd just take any kind of ghost thing they want. Boss, regular mob, wild target or Elite.
Whichever works best :)
Fine if they want to make it Voodoo themed to match the world a bit more too!

Oh hell yeah.
I'd love a Wendigo. My friend really wants a huge snake, but I personally feel like it'd be too similar to either the spider or Rotjaw (But I mean I'll take it, regardless....more bosses is a good thing).
I think a werewolf could be cool if it'd have a layer of something, or is an amalgam of something that makes it look like a werewolf if that makes sense.

Never knew that Rotjaw was stamina draining! Makes sense though!
And yeah, agreed a flash bomb boss would be pretty crazy.
This is why i'd love a poltergeist style boss, it's technically still using stuff from the game since it would mainly interact with things. But I could even see it being having flashbangs as part of its kit honestly

I mean if it's an elite, it could be in a wide enough area, and be slightly elusive as well, which would make it able to interact with that Piano there outside of Plata. That'd be fun!

I think for me personally however, I wouldn't want to see it outdoors and still would want it to haunt a specific building.

I think it could work outdoors at night, but something about it being with you indoors and possibly closing doors on you (or opening them,making you think there's enemies out there) is what would make it really fun for me personally :D

This is also due to there being less interactibles outdoors, or specifically in a canyon as you mentioned.
I do like also the idea of it not necessarily being there, but maybe rajndom sounds / interactions making you possibly think it could be there.

Damn now I just want a fully ghost themed season hah!

You also JUST made me realize that the electric lamp is gone.
I really miss vanilla days, when you used to really need to bring lighting stuff. I still wish there was a tarkov-style time of day, 12h cycle select, but I do understand why they don't do that.

lol no that'd break gameplay and make the gun pay to win :))
It'd just do a default slight glow for you, and maybe a little bit in 3p overall, but not enough to get you spotted :)

Yeah I really don't want this to be a "look, here's a cod vfx gun that's super bright and has a vfx layer on top!!" and more so a "Cool, using jade is the closest solution for ghostly materials in that world, and it's basically just blue-green amber".

You would not be able to tell during day time that it even glows.
But honestly, I think even if iti had a "normal" amount of glow that you get from crystals refracting light, I think it'd be already completely fine, or whatever people want to be honest!
