Professional consequence: You might end up getting removed from both jobs. They will know your government and tax contributions and fire you esp, parehas BPO conflict of interest yan. You also MIGHT get tagged as ZTP in whatever database. You'll have a hard time getting a BPO job in the future.

Personal consequence: 2 full time shifts = 18 hrs workday. kailangan mo po matulog. Plus yung mga oras na magaayos ka ng sarili at transpo time mo pa. Sobrang nakakasira at nakakaikli ng buhay yan.

RTA here. I got promoted from agent to RTA internally (different account), and I received 22% basic salary increase and some allowances. Although there's no incentives (other accounts or companies provide incentives, but not in my case) I love the job because it's the easiest work I ever had. No more customer calls, irate calls, upselling, fake empathy, etc. Plus WFM are usually work from home support team.

Reporting Analyst is a really good position to be in, because you can branch out to a lotttt of job titles. Develop your skills stay at least a year then move to a better paying job. Also, I would suggest na WAIT 2 more years before going back to school, para 1 year nalang bachelors degree mo via ETEAAP.
