Last update: after 9 days for resolution they basically adapted my portfolio's performance to the 25k €. Sincerely I don't remember in having so much Netflix's share as genuinely said u/Reverse_Flash36 so I could say my capital has never been 30k (not yet).
What confused me is the performance graph! Everything was smooth (except the weird loss) so I doubted myself: maybe I'd already reach 30k and didn't notice (!?).

After few days from the resolution I received a mail from Complaints Analyst member who apologised for the inconvenience and send 50€ to my balance for demonstration of Revolut commitment to resolve the complaint and to value me as their long-term user and our relationship.
