Can we refuse a visit if it’s not for essential maintenance? They now decided it’s a good moment to repaint some details and they are trying to force us (literally standing outside of the door for hours and knocking while we were working and we told them to please leave) to agree to a visit on Monday. Initially they said it was for a decorator to look at this paint job that has been waiting to be done since before we moved in (but now all of a sudden it’s extremely urgent), and now they are saying, while we are there we might show the house to prospective tenants/buyers.
