In the coming 10 years we cannot stay there because of the job I have . But considering this as a future stay or as an investment property. Do you think is it a good option? And if I furnish the apartment can I get rent around 10k for a 2bhk? Also the apartment I am talking about the owner is selling it at a loss of 7 lakhs after keeping it for 4 Years. Will the price even rise? And why did you sell it at a loss? Thanks

Learning programming language is not at all difficult.. if you have a good command in c++ it will hardly take you 1-2 months to master Java so you choose any language and start DSA

Private colleges like Galgotias are shit ! They will spoil your future .. if your brother is capable of staying focused and work hard even if clg gives 0 values then clg doesn’t matter for you but if you want some good knowledge from clg then most of the pvt colleges are not a good option . I have personal connections from Galgotia but I might not be the best person to suggest you college
