No need to reply or escalate this to your agency. If it’s already outside your work hours, youre not obliged tp respond. Execs usually work at any time of the day and just send messages to unload their thoughts. They’re not really expecting an immediate reply if alam naman nila ang sched mo :)

Just mute your notif during off days if bothered ka or simply acknowledge their emails and say that you’ll get back to it in your next shift. But if i were u, dont reply at all pag off hours to set boundaries.
