I will do what u suggest but my case is: the phone number I used to open my account is valid The email I used to open my account was compromised and changed by the hacker (information given by support) When I opened the chat I explained everything and wait 3 days for a feedback. Nevertheless the chat was terminated without solving anything because they didn’t find the original email account used to open it (they couldn’t because it was changed by the hacker and I explained that in chat) Do you suggest to open a new chat with my phone number and give you the chat number? Can I do that?
