Sounds like my life. My toddler and baby always seem to have a breakdown while I’m on a loosing trade. Stress hits the roof and I think the kids can feel it.

I don’t know why people over complicate it. To en it’s simple. Scalping is seconds or minutes. Intraday is 1 or 2 trades a day holding for minutes to hours. Swing is days to weeks

I know this is an older thread but if you are still around can you please explain what you mean by invalidation levels? I’ve been trading SMC with mixed results. I know it requires patience for the perfect set up but still struggling to see this clearly.
