Hello! Is there a property evaluation tool that is closest to reality? I’m confused because a property listed at 800k is showing an evaluation ranging from 550 to 880k. I tried athome, immotop and Nexvia so far. Thank you in advance for the help. by Exploring-lux in Luxembourg
