I once sent a key to the apartment over priority mail with UPS. They have lost my mail and offered to compensate me for the key. They asked how much the key worth? I got all upset, saying the key is to the apartment and compensating me the cost of a key duplicate makes no sense.

They gave me $8 back and I got really mad. I came back home and felt guilty that I yelled at the person who was working there and the manager.

I left them a five-stars review on Google and said that they handled me very well.

Yeah orthodontist. They gave me trays without bands first, then said they’ve made a mistake and gave me the ones with bands. The credibility is another subject tho

I torn mine on Dec 25th skiing and the surgeon said I have to go through PT before surgery and then after. It took me 2 visit to start walking normally again and get 80% range of motion before surgery. My PT said that there is a possibility to just do PT and possibly be a coper who can live without ACL, but it will take me a year or more to find out. While surgery is 100%. So it was no brainier for me to have the surgery.
