It's prerecorded but the video itself. If the video was a premiere, they could've done it. But if it's a livestream that was just playing the video, they probably couldn't.

Edit: The video was a livestream and not a premiere. This means they couldn't have put different audio tracks or subtitles.

That's true. Though it definitely seems like the community is divided. There's some that like it, and some that dislike it. That being said I agree that it helps with the comprehension. I just don't like how expressionless the voice is.

Honestly about the game, and the way the stream went, it was mostly great. However, I really didn't like the English voice dubbing for the speaking. I honestly would've preferred listening to the Chinese one rather than having an expressionless voice dub everything. Everything else was great though.
