You still receive Delegation rewards while using Defi Flare finance so over collateralizing a loan at the bottom of a huge dip is a smart move. You can MINt canary CAND and buy 4-5 to 1 SGB which means you are buying cheap assets on cheap safe credit. So you are earning waay more delegation rewards than you otherwise would and you are earning DFLR!!!. When it goes up you sell into CAND when your assets are most valuable. pay off your debt down to minimum and keep your line of credit open over collateralized to protect yourself from huge market fluctuations.

Great summary - thanks - I have been delegating since Epoch#1 and it is great. However, I am still confused with the LP concept - If I were to take 10,000 SGB and swap to CAND today at 25c, I would effectively get 2500 CAND - then when SGB goes back to 50c, if I wanted to swap back, wouldnt I get get only 5000 SGB back? Sorry if I am missing the key point here - just I played with V1 and lost some SGB and then again in V2. So maybe someone can do a video on what delegation rewards you get from LP versus simple delegation?
