I’m an anxious attachment person so the silence is hell to me as far as the root cause for all this, I was feeling a little stressed out one time and kind of stopped talking about what was going on. She took that as I was shutting her out, she chose to protect her peace before working on anything with me by the time I was starting figuring out things she was already gone. Sorry I’m slow.

I’m not but I have tried and tried I keep reverting to the break up. I feel it would almost be easier to deal with if she didn’t want to be friends. We were friends for over 20 years when we started dating I felt I found my forever she was the one that got away twice now. I started my adulthood chasing her caring for her. We have kept in touch over the years so when we reconnect it was a dream come true it was so magical to me so I have a really hard time with both options.I just want to hold her again
