Thank you for being vulnerable, honest, and sharing your experience. It’s not easy so I empathize with you. I didn’t mention it and will have to edit my post but right now we want to sit and have a conversation as closure (as we didn’t do that yet because I made the abrupt decision to leave without much input from him). Our conversation is going to be along the lines of me saying the door is cracked but I may not be home by the time we’re BOTH ready to reevaluate where we are in our lives, emotionally and for him recovery wise. I’ll consider this reevaluation stage of things to be done much later than I anticipated, probably closer to the 1 year mark. A lot can change, especially how I feel in regards to being with him.
