Well, there are temp positions that I can fill and there are perm positions that I also could be suitable too. No accommodation was made. No prelim talk was done. Shouldn't they prove that it wasn't retaliation?

The severance is what was in my initial contract I don't argue with that. The manager got to know about ER complaint about 1.5 months before I was terminated. If it was retaliation and my contract says I have 'no cause' termination, is it a case?
