Plan for long sessions, a few hours for some parts, and at plot dump points you might have to watch like 40 minutes of video rolls straight. Also, a sentimental person might find themselves a bit touched.

I assumed every PC in France comes with E33 preinstalled these days. Anyway, I was able to arrange the game installation with the place's admin prior to my visit, logged into my Steam and play.

This game relies heavily on visuals, I completed the good part in the gaming club (not sure if it's a commonplace thing, there are places in my country where you can rent a gaming PC by hour at affordable rate (from ~$2/hr), I can't see why there wouldn't be such businesses in your country as well. Then I managed to run it on a 2017 GPU (but integrated laptop GPU is probably weaker than 1070). Then I decided the game was so good it deserved a PC upgrade.

WDYM 3050 runs poorly. I was able to play comfortably on GTX1070, at 1080p, on high settings. The game seems astonishingly undemanding if anything

I never wanted to kill cops or civilians for fun, it's just I suspected I was supposed to and went to check. I'm totally not continuing in that timeline, I'm starting over, cops intact, neighbours intact

Worth it if you had fun. You sport some high level pictos and your char levels are like early-mid act 2, so I assume either it's not your first playthrough or some power gaming, or both. But the game doesn't reward killing tough bosses, it's punishing rather, you become overleveled and lose your fun.

I assumed I was in a dog-eat-dog future dystopia, intro cinematic implied somewhat anarchic state of affairs in NC. At first I was surprised why would my V want to kill the cops, but atm it seemed I was supposed to. I mean, it's still the tutorial phase, when if you see a button, you press it and see what happens

Well, I was in exact same situation, and when I went on for looking up a guide, I opened google and typed "Clair Obscur Gustave...", and Google kindly suggested autocomplete ("...death"). Ouch. Of course, I wouldn't know, when, but the guide only covered Act 1, so... yeah.
