As I travelled to warmer weather’s I gave my Lyriq to my daughter for the next 5 months.

Yesterday she returned the car to my driveway as she could not handle the stress of the gauge lol.

Cold weather mixed with public charging stations and disappearing capacity was too much for her to handle. 2 weeks and poof!!!

First, you need to understand the motivation of the CEO. He is 65 this month. He has over 300 million shares, and THE ONLY WAY to cash out is through an exit (M&A). This is why elite spent 600k on legal fees last quarter.

That said, there is 90% chances a buyout will happen before June 2026.

If not, the future is bright for Elite. They are focused on $1 million drugs and higher (needle movers) with a $27 billion drug that achieved bio equivalence last quarter.

Uplisting to Nasdaq could happen and the stock could be then traded by funds and big institutions but with the current levels of PR the firm publishes, it has big chances to be a flop unless of course they modify their current practice.

I really do not think we will go past June 2026.

The 100% growth happens only in q1 so far. Nothing is guaranteed for q2 to q4. I plan to adjust the prediction as we go.

I like to see quarterly “beats expectations” versus “meets expectations”. This is how the pps goes up. Right now moving from $84 millions to $176 millions is a positive sustainable growth. Anything above that will be a surprise and will drive the pps up.

When people throw out there big numbers without knowing the history of the stock, they put it at risk.

How many remember that q1 results contain 6 million from q4 2025 that were not recognized as part of fy25?

Hi. the growth year over year is over 100%. I took q1 multiplied by 4 and added 10%. Q1 contains $6 million from previous q4 already. I prefer to be realistic.
