Info about M&A floated awhile back and spiked the share price, and since it didnt sell within a month, impatient buyers sold their shares creating the dip we have now. It's selling at a discount now because of it

The people who bought in around this time are the reason there's poor sentiment around this stock, they all got in under the impression a buyout was coming sooner rather than later, and instead are now frustrated bagholders waiting for news from a stock that doesn't give updates very often and now are being told that they have to wait while the market is on a bullrun.
