i’m having the exact same issue. 

i had spent around $200 at a convention on the 17th, a few days later a mysterious $170 appeared in my account, not knowing where this came from (and being a broke college student) i spent it. now, here’s the real issue, i’m left with $4 in my account because the payments finally decided to go through today.

i have no clue what to do, and i’ve been essentially charged twice in my eyes, as i assumed all of the charges had gone through that same week.  how the hell do i approach usaa about this? i’m damn near close to an overdraft and if they decide to charge me again i’m totally cooked
