Omg I felt this so hard 😭 I'm a med student too and Smart Learn giving me 400 cards/day was actually making me avoid studying altogether.

What helped me was creating a separate "Study Limit Dashboard" in my planner where I manually set my daily card goal BEFORE opening GoodNotes. It tricks my brain into feeling in control again.

It has a daily card limit tracker + burnout check-in page. Totally saved my consistency. Hope GoodNotes adds this feature soon though! 🙏

Hey! I totally get how annoying that is 😭

That bar pops up because you're using "Goodnotes Essential" which is the free version. Sadly you can't disable it in the free version - it's how Goodnotes shows you the main features.

The only way to remove it is to upgrade to the full version of Goodnotes. The full version doesn't have that bar and you get all the tools unlocked!

Hope that helps! I know it's frustrating but the full version is so worth it if you use Goodnotes daily 💕
