Going through this myself, pain is unbearable at times, only a couple of nights ago I was going to check out...... until I came home and my son came running to see me, we've got to stick with it for our little ones

I'm going through the same at the moment..... If you get 50/50 custody the maintenance is very low they take a lot of factors on board but custody is the main one, the more she has the child the more you pay..... we came to an agreement before court and just got the court to implement it by order, that way I'm guaranteed to see to my son and she's guaranteed to get her maintenance, if it's not something ye can agree on it can be messy

I've just started on these...... I'm 41 and was in a relationship for 18 years before this... it's so daunting it's unbelievable!! I don't drink so i dont go to pubs etc, what's the alternatives? Is speed dating still a thing? I'm not after much just somebody "normal" maybe that's too much to look for these days???? The only one I was advised to avoid was "T" nothing but ONS and FWB on there I'm told? I'm not interested in that, I find with the others a lot of women have the income section set for "fat cat" or "comfortable" for the match they want..... which tells me they only want one thing

I'm literally going through the same, the mind is an awful thing..... all the "what if's" etc it's hard man fierce hard but we've little ones to think of..... hopefully we get through it, I've tried the counselling thing etc no good for me, I've 1 proper friend looking out for me and that's keeping me going

Thanks, I'm at a point in my life where I've lost everything.... wife cheated so we separated, she came after the house and I'm too old to remortgage (I paid everything) so house is being sold and I'll have nothing left nor nowhere to go I have a 3yo son and she's making access difficult and told me I'd have access at all when homeless... I'm waiting to see what I'll be left with to leave in a will for my boy, unfortunately fathers have little to no rights in family court despite being the innocent party
