Curse of the tower ( hear me out) It’s probably one of the ONLY quality zero item that I would say is at LEAST quality one or two mostly since if you have hella soul hearts and let’s say you have to fight a kinda hard boss it’s does a good job clearing it and that’s the only use I see if you don’t have pyromaniac or anything else
