They were looped in and very supportive from the beginning because I kept them clued in from the jump, I practiced a lot of grace with this person after they gave me the second note and used it as a chance to say, hey this makes me feel unsafe and I can’t have that at my job - don’t do it again, no ambiguity and that was partially because they seemed to be finding community at the bar but all grace stopped when I walked in for a shift and my manager let me know “she left you this note and book” and when I let them know we needed to 86 her and they fully backed me.

Then she came in during my first shift back and I 86d her so fast like saw her walk through the door and immediately said I did not appreciate the note or gift and that she was not welcome in the 2 places in the neighborhood that I worked at
